Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: We currently only ship within the United States. Most items are shipped within 1-3 days after your order is placed, using multiple reliable carriers (including UPS and USPS) to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used for your specific package will be listed in your shipping confirmation email alongside your tracking number.  Please contact me if you would like another method of shipment such as FedEx.

While we work hard to process and package your order quickly, transit times provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed over to our mail carriers (USPS or UPS), unexpected transit delays can occasionally happen due to high seasonal volumes, severe weather, or postal processing backlogs. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds on shipping fees for packages that arrive later than expected.

If Your Package is Taking Too Long:

• Check Your Tracking: Please refer to the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date scanning alerts from the carrier.

• Give It a Cushion: We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 to 5 business days beyond your estimated delivery window for the carrier to resolve any internal sorting delays.

• Reach Out to Us: If your tracking history has completely stalled and has not updated for more than 7 consecutive business days, please contact our support team at Desertroseplanthaven.com with your order number. We will gladly open an official missing mail investigation with the carrier on your behalf to get your package moving!
